The founder’s story
Our founder has spent more than eight years as a senior engineer and tech lead — building telecom and IoT platforms, payment systems and security-critical backends for clients across Europe and beyond.
Along the way came tech-lead roles on numerous projects — agency and product, startup and enterprise — and the pattern became obvious: projects succeed when the person who understands the architecture is also in the room with the client. They struggle when that person is three layers removed.
CodeNest is the fix. Small by design, senior by default. The founder runs discovery, owns architecture, and reviews the code. The team around them is chosen for craft, not headcount.

How the team is built
Three layers, each with a clear role. You always know who is doing what.
Senior leadership
The founder and senior engineers own discovery, architecture, code review and client communication on every project.
Vetted developers
Mid and senior developers who pass a technical interview, a practical task and a culture check. We reject far more candidates than we accept.
Interns
Students from FTN Novi Sad and other faculties work on internal tools and non-critical tasks under close mentorship — never unsupervised on client production code.
